My Electricity 5.0 - up to PLN 58,000 non-refundable subsidy
for photovoltaic installations and heat pumps
The Priority Program My Electricity 5.0 (PPMP5) is a subsidy program supervised by the Ministry of Climate and Environment in cooperation with the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management.
It offers the possibility of obtaining a partial refund of the costs incurred (up to 50%) for photovoltaic installation, as well as energy storage, heat pump, solar collectors, and home energy management systems.

BASIC INFORMATION:
Application submission period: from 22.04.2023 (Earth Day) to 31.12.2023 or until the allocation of funds is exhausted.
Program budget: PLN 955,000,000.
Cost qualification period: from 01.02.2023 until the date of application submission.
Subsidy of up to 50% of the incurred costs.
The program is intended for individuals.
The "My Electricity" subsidy regulations are available at: https://mojprad.gov.pl/ .
The granted subsidy is not subject to taxation.
PPMP5 is aimed at three groups:
Group I - Applicants settling their bills in the net-billing system (selling electricity to the energy company) who have not received any subsidies for photovoltaic installation.
Group II - Applicants settling their bills in the net-metering system (the energy company collects electricity from you and refunds 70%-80%), who have not received any subsidies for photovoltaic installation and will switch to a new settlement system (net-billing).
Group III - Applicants settling their bills in the net-metering system who have already received subsidies for photovoltaic installation and meet the following conditions:
– additional devices from the PPMP5 device range will be included in the subsidy.
– change the settlement system from net-metering to net-billing with the energy company.
– micro photovoltaic installation for which a subsidy has already been received has been connected and paid for during the cost qualification period, i.e., from 01.02.2020.

ELIGIBLE COMPONENTS:
MICRO PHOTOVOLTAIC INSTALLATION – purchase and installation of a micro photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 2 kW to 10 kW, serving the needs of existing residential buildings.
ELECTRICITY STORAGE SYSTEMS – (electricity storage system - a battery with a minimum capacity of 2 kWh).
ENERGY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM HEMS/EMS – provided that an electricity storage system, heat storage system/heat device, or solar collectors are purchased and installed.
SOLAR COLLECTORS – purchase and installation
HEATING DEVICES (HEAT PUMP) – from PLN 4,400.00 to PLN 28,500.00.
HEAT STORAGE SYSTEMS – purchase and installation of domestic hot water tanks powered by a heat pump or electric boiler, hot water storage tanks with an electric heater, heat buffers powered by a heat pump or electric boiler, heat buffers with a built-in hot water tank. Minimum heat storage capacity - 20 dm3 (1 dm3 = 1 liter).

ENERGY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM HEMS/EMS – up to PLN 3,000.00
SOLAR COLLECTORS – up to PLN 3,500.00
HEATING DEVICES (HEAT PUMP) – from PLN 4,400.00 up to PLN 28,500.00
